Elizabeth Lugo received her Master’s degree in Counselor Education – Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate (PhD) in Counseling, and she is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the state of Florida. Elizabeth’s theoretical orientation is Client-Centered, Psychodynamic and utilizes various forms of interventions according to the client’s unique personality and needs. Additionally, she has received numerous certifications, including:

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Rebecca has extensive experience working with various age groups, diagnoses, and levels of care. Using an eclectic approach that emphasizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic practices, Rebecca tailors her methods to meet each client’s unique needs. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences while working toward creating meaningful change.
