Elizabeth Lugo received her Master’s degree in Counselor Education – Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate (PhD) in Counseling, and she is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the state of Florida. Elizabeth’s theoretical orientation is Client-Centered, Psychodynamic and utilizes various forms of interventions according to the client’s unique personality and needs. Additionally, she has received numerous certifications, including:

– Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Certified (TF-CBT)

Elizabeth also provides supervision for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns to become licensed therapists.
